Adults in Union and Anson counties in North Carolina and Chesterfield County in South Carolina with no prescription coverage are eligible for HealthQuest services. Household income must be less than 200 percent of the federal poverty level, and potential clients must complete an eligibility application prior to acceptance.
Please call for an eligibility screening appointment at (704) 226-2050 Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Walk-ins are not accepted. Prescription pickups are on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
