Adults in Union, Anson and Stanly counties in North Carolina and Lancaster and Chesterfield counties in South Carolina with no prescription coverage are eligible for HealthQuest services. Household income must be less than 200 percent of the federal poverty level, and potential clients must complete an eligibility application prior to acceptance.
Please call for an eligibility screening appointment at (704) 226-2050 Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Walk-ins are not accepted. Prescription pickups are on Monday from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
