Funding from individuals, corporations and foundations allows HealthQuest to continue to grow and to serve our growing community.

You can help HealthQuest provide prescriptions to eligible individual in Union, Anson, Stanly, Chesterfield, and Lancaster counties by making a tax-deductible contribution. Your contribution allows HealthQuest to purchase much needed medications for our clients. HealthQuest is able to leverage each $1 in contributions into $14.69 of medications.

Memorials and Honorariums

One way to give is through our memorial program. Supporters donate to HealthQuest of Union County in memory of a friend or loved one. We in turn, send an acknowledgement card to the deceased family telling them of the generous donation you have given to our organization.

Honorariums are another great way to donate to HealthQuest for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.  

Please provide the name and address of the recipient so that we can properly acknowledge.
